Capricorn Horoscope, June 2026

Paul O'Mara · 1 June 2026

June ends with a Capricorn full moon at eight degrees of your sign. That is your headline. Your year’s most visible full moon, the one most loaded with information about where you have actually arrived after the months of slow Saturn work, lands on the 29th.

The First Half: The 6th House Wakes Up

The Sun is in Gemini through the first three weeks of June, which is your 6th house of daily work, health, routine and the body. For a Capricorn this is comfortable territory. You like the small disciplined work, the structure under the day, the body as something to maintain. Use the first three weeks to get something specific in this domain working better than it has been.

Mercury moves into your 7th house of partnership in early June and stays there all month, including its retrograde station at the end. So conversations with significant partners, business or personal, are in your foreground all month. Words said in close relationship carry weight.

The 14th: Gemini New Moon at Twenty-Three Degrees

The new moon on Sunday the 14th lands at twenty-three degrees of Gemini, in your 6th house. Plant something specific about your daily life. Not “be healthier”. Specific. The exact change you have been postponing in your routine, the exact piece of work you have been meaning to take on, the exact body practice you have been intending to start.

Capricorn understands the 6th house better than most signs because the 6th is where small consistent work compounds. The 6th house new moon is your kind of new moon. It rewards the boring specific commitment more than the inspirational big one.

Venus moves into Leo on the same day, your 8th house. This is a slightly heavier Venus transit than usual, asking you to be honest about intimacy, about what you share, about the money entanglements you are in. Four weeks of pressure on the 8th house, gently delivered.

The 19th: Chiron Enters Your 5th House

Around the 19th, Chiron crosses from Aries into Taurus, moving from your 4th house of home and family into your 5th house of pleasure, creativity, romance, children.

The last eight years of Chiron in your 4th have been working on a wound about home, family of origin, emotional ground. The roots. Where you came from. The relationship with mother. Capricorn carries the parent question in a specific way and Chiron in the 4th has been excavating it.

From the 19th, the work shifts to the 5th. The next eight years will be doing slow work on creativity, on pleasure, on romance, on the things Capricorn often defers as not serious enough. For your sign this is the gentlest possible reframe. Chiron in the 5th will not let you keep treating play as optional. The wound is in not letting yourself.

The 21st: Solstice and the Sun Enters Your 7th House

Around the 21st, the Sun crosses into Cancer and your 7th house of partnership, joining Mercury and Jupiter already there. The month’s accent shifts from your daily work to your closest one-to-one relationships.

Jupiter at twenty-six degrees of your 7th house is in its final week of an eighteen-month transit that has been expanding your partnerships, bringing the right people in, opening doors through close relationships. It crosses into Leo on the 30th. So the last week of June is the last window for Jupiter’s help in your 7th. Whatever a partnership has been opening up, the door is widest until the 30th.

The 29th: Full Moon in Your Sign at Eight Degrees

The Capricorn full moon on the 29th lands at eight degrees of your sign, in your 1st house. This is your year’s headline lunation. A full moon in your own sign is rare, useful, and tends to be felt in the body more than in the mind. Whatever has been gathering since the new moon in your sign in January is now visible.

For Capricorn specifically, with Saturn still moving through Aries on your 4th house cusp and Pluto in Aquarius reshaping your 2nd house, this full moon is the moment of taking stock. You can see what the year is actually building. You can see what is working and what is not. Notice it.

On the same day, Mercury stations retrograde in your 7th house. Partnership conversations want a reread between the 29th and the third week of July. Do not commit to a new partnership term on the day of the full moon. Use the retrograde to slow it down.

The Move June Is Asking

Plant a specific 6th house intention on the 14th. Notice on the 19th when the playfulness question becomes the work. Use the last week of June for whatever a partnership has been opening. And on the 29th, take an honest look at what your year is actually building. The full moon shows you. The retrograde gives you time to refine.

Though all our readers love astrology, their working specialities are tarot and clairvoyance. They will not run your June transits, but they will read what is actually moving in your life right now. If you want to see your actual chart, our sister site astromara.com runs a free natal chart on the same gold-standard ephemeris Paul uses to create his charts. Otherwise, see you under the next moon.
